Data collected

We collect only what you enter in the quote request form:

• Full name
• Company
• Business email address
• Country
• Product, grade, volume and destination port required
• Any free-text details you choose to share

Purpose and legal basis

This data is processed solely to respond to your commercial enquiry. The legal basis is the performance of pre-contractual measures taken at your request, under Article 6.1.b of the General Data Protection Regulation.

Retention

Enquiries that do not lead to business are kept for three years from the last contact. Data linked to an active commercial relationship is kept for the duration of that relationship, then according to the statutory retention periods applicable to commercial records.

Recipients

Your data is accessible only to those handling commercial enquiries at SMGUINEE. The form is transmitted through a technical provider acting as a processor, which does not use the data for its own purposes.

Transfers outside the European Union

SMGUINEE is established in Guinea. Your data may therefore be processed outside the European Union. We undertake to protect it with a level of security equivalent to that required by the General Data Protection Regulation.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and object to the processing of your data, as well as the right to data portability. To exercise these rights, write to contact@smguinee-cashew.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority in your country of residence.

Cookies

This site sets no analytics, advertising or social network cookies. The locations map loads map tiles from an external provider when you reach that section; this transmits your IP address to that provider, without any cookie being set by us.
