What is the minimum order quantity?
We work at container level. For kernels, a 20-foot container holds roughly 17.6 tonnes in 22.68 kg vacuum bags. For raw nuts, contact us: volumes are negotiated case by case depending on the campaign.
Which incoterms do you offer?
FOB Conakry as standard. CFR and CIF to major Asian and European ports on request. The agreed incoterm is confirmed in the contract.
Are specifications guaranteed?
Published ranges are indicative. Exact specifications are confirmed by contract and by lot, based on tests carried out before shipment. Buyer-appointed inspectors are welcome.
Are you ISO 22000 or HACCP certified?
Yes, both. They sit on top of the control protocol applied at every stage: KOR tests, nut count, moisture, pre-shipment inspection and a per-lot quality certificate. Certificates are provided on request, with their number and issuing body.
How does traceability work?
Each lot receives a number at warehouse intake. That number follows the lot through storage, processing and packing, and appears on the barcode applied to every bag. It allows traceback to the cooperative and originating plot.
Can you supply outside the harvest season?
Yes. The Guinean harvest runs February to June, but our bonded warehouses in Vietnam and India allow year-round availability close to processors.
What are your payment terms?
Irrevocable letter of credit at sight as standard for new buyers. Other terms negotiable on established relationships. Conditions are set in the contract.
